Privacy & SMS notices

Insxa Analyze is built for insurance agencies. This page summarizes how the product treats data and SMS. It is not a substitute for your own privacy policy or legal advice.

Data & AI

Client profile data you enter is stored in our database provider (encrypted in transit and at rest). For the AI pipeline, only de-identified analytical content is sent to the language model—not names, contact details, DOB, or government IDs.

Transactional SMS

When your workspace is configured for SMS, we may send short operational messages (for example, when a report is shared or an analysis is ready). Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients can reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out of further SMS. HELP or INFO returns a short help message. START, YES, or UNSTOP can opt back in where supported.

Agency users can also mark a client as opted out in the client record. Match inbound STOP/START to the mobile number on file using standardized formatting (E.164).
